Sewing – Learn to use your Sewing Machine Oct/Nov 2026

Sewing & Learning how to use your Sewing Machine for absolute beginners.

This Class is a block of 4 Sessions held on a Friday from 10am until 2Pm, we have structured it this way so it gives parents with children the opportunity to drop off and pick up in plenty of time – The 4 sessions are ; 23/10, 6/11, 20/11, 4/12

Alison is an great at teaching absolute beginners, We will be running small groups for up to 6 students. During the 4 weeks you should gain enough knowledge and confidence to make simple garments.

For this course you will need to bring your own sewing machine ( it’s best to learn on your own machine so you can familiarise yourself with it during the sessions and ask questions about your machine in class.

We have tried to keep the cost of this course down, so please bring your own packed lunch, we will provide you with refreshments coffee/tea , biscuits and the odd slice of home made cake! There will be a surcharge for patterns and fabric although we have some fabric you can use for the first class.
