We understand that sometimes plans change when booking a class or workshop. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our participants and our business while ensuring we can continue offering high quality workshops and classes.
Cancelling Your Place
If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund and rescheduling options apply:
- More than 30 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.
- 15–30 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.
- 7–14 days before the class or workshop – You will receive a 25% refund, or you can transfer to a future class or workshop at no extra cost.
- Less than 7 days before the class or workshop – No refund is available. However, you may transfer your place to a friend or family member.
If a class or workshop is sold out, we may be able to resell your place to someone on our waitlist. If we successfully fill your spot, we will refund your booking in full.
Cancellation By Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the choice of:
- A full refund of your fee.
- A free transfer to a future class or workshop of your choice.
- A credit towards another class if preferred.
We will provide as much notice as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
